Ingrid Petersen and Dirk Catterall put host Paul Glover through his paces as they looked for an architectural masterpiece with room for Catterall’s growing collection of motorbikes.
The couple, who have been together for 10 years and were working with a budget of more than $4m, were unable to find the right house during their stint on the show, but by the end of their episode declared they were selling up their current homes.

Petersen's is the first one to hit the market. The three-bedroom stylish villa at 11 Lever Street, in Ahuriri, Napier, is for sale by way of tender, closing January 30.
Catterall's apartment, which he shares with Petersen on Auckland's North Shore, is set to be sold later this year.
During the couple's episode of Location, Location, Location NZ, which aired at the end of last year, Petersen revealed that Catterall had bought the new-build apartment despite her explicit and steadfast aversion to apartment living.
She said she fumed for a year over the decision but had now convinced him to trade it for a standalone, architecturally designed home with a view within a one-hour radius of Auckland.

The couple were shown three homes - the first overlooked the water in Riverhead, the second was an impressive build in the heart of Greenhithe but lacked a view, and the third was a lifestyle property in Whitford.
Petersen's villa in Napier is known as the Doctor's Cottage. It started life as a base for her yoga business but she and Catterall later turned it into a stylish rental home.
"I did make it a little bit prettier and painted nicer colours," she laughed.
The couple first let it on Airbnb but after Cyclone Gabrielle devastated Hawke's Bay, they decided to make it a long-term rental. "We had about eight bookings coming up and I said, 'Look, 500 people have lost their homes in Hawke's Bay, so why don't we make it a long-term rental?'" Petersen told OneRoof.

"The next day we rang all our Airbnb guests and said, 'Look, this has just happened - do you mind cancelling?' Then we rented the house to one of the affected families
"They had lost a whole lot. They lost their house, their business, everything they owned all in one go. They rented it out for a year while they sorted their lives."
Petersen said she had only just recently switched the house, which has an RV of $880,000, back to a short-term rental.
She revealed that the couple had planned to redevelop the 500sqm site but decided against it in the end. "The process was so long-winded," she said.
Petersen said managing the property from Auckland was difficult so they were now putting it on the market.
The property is listed with New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty agents Jacqui Taylor and Nick Fryer. The duo's marketing on One Roof highlights the development opportunities for buyers as well as its credentials as a family home in a popular Napier suburb.
"Nestled in a highly sought-after Ahuriri location with a mixed-use zoning, this property offers boundless possibilities. Whether you're envisioning a home and income setup, a smart investment, or future development (concept plans can be viewed), this unique property is ready to inspire."
