Welcome to Renthub, the website dedicated to helping New Zealand’s self-managing landlords and tenants.

Renthub is the brainchild of Marina George, who has had a lifelong passion for property.

Marina was inspired to turn her passion into a career in 2002, after watching her parents struggle with retirement and experience the heartbreak of not being adequately financially prepared for their retirement years. She promised herself that neither she, friends and family nor anyone that crossed her path in her professional life would end up in the same position and turned to investment property as a way to secure her future and assist others to secure theirs.

Since then, Marina has worked for investment property companies that sold new properties, as a mortgage broker helping investors obtain housing finance, and went on to found her own property management company in 2011. After building her business and property management portfolio from scratch, Marina realised, in a ‘lightbulb’ moment, that the part of the job that gave her the most satisfaction was finding great tenants and matching them with landlords. Just like that, Renthub was born.

Marina is joined by Penny Short who brings with her a wealth of experience looking after customers, having been a National Sales and Training Manager for two large Australian companies. Together, they are very excited to provide New Zealand landlords and tenants with an exceptional service and partnership experience.
