Adam specialises in the sale of investment property and has been involved in the sale of in excess of $100million worth of commercial property including record sales in various areas including Devonport; Belmont, Hauraki and Takapuna as well as throughout the greater Auckland area.

Adam has a diverse skillset spanning a decade of experience in the property industry; from the residential apartment sector, to the Auckland CBD office sector and Research and analysis roles with Ray White, CBRE and Colliers respectively. On top of this, Adam has an Honours degree in Property proffered form the University of Auckland (2013), where he wrote a dissertation titled ‘The Effects of Earthquake Prone Buildings Policy on the Auckland CBD Office Market’, which was received in great esteem by the academic fellowship and was subsequently presented in the 21st Annual European Real Estate Society Conference.
