Real Estate has always been of interest to me and after buying and selling my own properties I felt challenged by the commission sales driven propaganda which was not congruent with my moral set. I questioned if the work done by my agent equated fairly to the fee I paid? Then when I started working as an agent my doubts proved correct. I started door knocking as instructed and felt the home owners would look at me as if to say "please go away". I felt as if, rather than being a trusted and professional advisor, I was allienating and annoying the very people I was wanting to help. So Restate was my calling, their values and beliefs that a change was needed, a change from selling to consulting and a fairer fee structure for everyone.
