Adam gained his Real Estate Salespersons License in April 2018 and started selling Hamilton residential property from the Harcourts Monarch Glenview Office until April 2019 at which time he joined The Hillcrest Lifestyle and Rural Team. Prior to this Adam ran his own Franchise Fencing Business and worked in Dunedin for Downer Construction. Adam comes from a long line of sales people from his mother & step father who are Bobbie & Paul Sumner being currently Harcourts NZ Number 1 Rural & Lifestyle sales team for three years running, to his Grandfather who has worked in sales for over 60 years and still going strong at 91 . Adam is a very proud Hamiltonian having lived in Hamilton all his life growing up in Glenview and attending Hillcrest High School, this has resulted in a large network of contacts and many long term friendships. Adam has been involved in cricket at a high level competing in England, representing Hamilton, Northern Districts and Otago. Skills learned and applied from his work experience and cricket background ensures Adam has a ‘How can I help’ approach to his business, giving you the best opportunity to find solutions to your real estate requirements. In his personal life he know has a partner Bridget and they both together live on an equine lifestyle block which keeps them very busy. They have a lovely wee girl Ayla who is almost 2 and another child on the way.
