“I started my real estate career before the stock market crash of 1987, honing my negotiating and innovative marketing skills in an increasingly tight market over the succeeding few years. 1991 saw a relocation to Christchurch, where I specialised in the sale by auction, and marketing of new developments ‘off the plan’. I returned to Auckland to a sales management role with an International real estate company focused on the Auckland Chinese immigrant market which further developed my communication skills and appetite for yum cha! Having built a personal investment portfolio of over 20 residential tenancies in Auckland, Hawkes Bay, and Christchurch, I have wide ranging expertise and experience to assist you to achieve your investment goals.”
Adrian is born and bred Havelock North, attending Havelock primary, and as a foundation pupil of Havelock North intermediate and High schools.
