Starting off in the early 1990’s Alastair was successfully involved in selling residential property in Parnell and Remuera. This tremendous experience gave him the knowledge and drive to create what he felt buyers were looking for. After five years he extended his involvement in residential real estate to become a property developer, renovating older apartment buildings, warehouse conversions and the design and building of new apartment projects in the central Auckland area including Parnell and Newmarket.

In more recent years Alastair focussed on larger projects, marketing and selling city apartments and terraced housing off the plans.

This diverse experience in selling family homes, apartments or projects assures you that Alastair is an expert in closing property transactions. He has approximately 500 sales under his belt.
