About Alex Dunn
Combining their complementary skills to deliver the best possible service to their real estate clients, Alex Dunn and Ammy Multani work hard to ensure the experience of selling or buying a home is a positive one. Both born communicators with a deep passion for property and people, the pair offer the advantages of two heads working tirelessly to get your property sold at a price and on the timeline you desire. Familiar with the local Papakura area and industry award-winners, Alex and Ammy have the expertise and strategies to deliver every time.
Alex is a local born and bred. After completing a BA (Hons) in Marketing he worked in sales positions in the FMCG industry for several years while simultaneously investing in residential property. This led him to commit fully to his love of property and he acquired his license in 2021. Within 3 weeks he’d listed and sold his first home and for a record price for the area. He successfully teamed up with Ammy under another brand and joined Harcourts with him in mid 2022.
Alex is marketing savvy, motivated and a great communicator. The consummate people person, he has a great deal of compassion for where people are it in their real estate journey and handles their needs with empathy and sensitivity. His sense of humour puts people at their ease at what can be a stressful and anxious time for many.
Spare time is rare, but he loves cooking and keeps fit in the gym.
