About Alison Smith

Alison is a lifelong local and enjoys meeting new faces around the region.

A large part of her adult years saw Alison heavily involved in the Dairy Industry, successfully progressing a farming career from Farm Assistant to Lower Order Sharemilking to 50/50 Sharemilking and then proudly Farm ownership.

Alison’s family enjoyed the incredible opportunities that rural life offers, with a fantastic lifestyle to raise their three daughters, the ability to be self-employed, networking with great communities and to be able to learn to ‘goal set’ to drive the business in order to achieve those goals.

Alison has previously successfully completed a Diploma in Agri Business and 2005 they took out the Taranaki Sharemilker of The Year as well as a 3rd place in the NZ Sharemilker of The Year in 2006. The skills, drive, communication and passion for what Alison believes in saw her enter the Real Estate Industry in 2006 and she has been fortunate enough to have worked alongside some incredible mentors and top sales agents.

Alison’s Real Estate career has had some incredible moments, from helping young 19 yr old adults into their first home, to guiding and transitioning some very special clients into Rest Homes. Alison enjoys becoming a part of these journeys. No day is the same and she absolutely loves what she does.

Hard work and dedication to the job has seen Alison achieve multiple awards over the years in Real Estate and be a regular top achiever in her chosen career.

Alison is a firm believer in upskilling herself as often as possible. The Real Estate Industry is forever changing with new rules and regulations so it is important to have the knowledge for her to guide her clients through one of the biggest decisions they will make in their lifetime.

The past few years Alison has committed to extra-mural study to successfully complete her Agents License and Branch Managers License. Alison is an extremely goal orientated person, very structured and always strives for perfection in everything she does.
