- Andy Lee
Growing up in Central Hawkes Bay, Andy Lee has strong passion for the local community and the people that belong to it. Since coming back to the Central Hawkes Bay area after studying and working abroad, Andy is very excited to give back to the local region which provided him with a great upbringing.
In his first two years of real estate Andy has been exposed to multiple sales of in excess of 20 million dollars. He successfully sold his first property in the very first month of his career along with marketing and selling his first farm that spring. Andy has gained recognition by achieving the Bayleys Top 20 New Zealand Rural Salespeople month to month lists on more than once occurrence.
This is a testament to Andys hard work in the early stages of his career.
Over the years Andy has been involved with many sheep and beef systems among the wider industry. Working with agricultural professionals and farmers across the sector, he has gained significant experience in multiple aspects of farming. With this on-farm experience along with theoretical knowledge (Bachelor of Commerce in Agriculture) switching to real estate was a natural step, as Andy has a clear picture of what to look for in a property and is well placed to offer solid rural and lifestyle property advice to clients.
At a young age, Andy has already purchased his own farm - 60 hectares on the outskirts of Waipawa - and is poised to have a long and successful career in rural and lifestyle real estate.
