Having a strong background in marketing, a passion for endurance running, coupled with a keen sense of humour, Angela is adept at thinking on her feet and is an expert problem solver. Squashed into a farm buggy, sliding down a clay farm track in some of New Zealand steepest hill country she will ensure every detail has been recorded or communicated. Before becoming a salesperson, Angela worked in the Auckland advertising and media industry gaining extensive marketing, negotiation and client service skills. Since entering real estate 3 years ago she has earned the respect of many working as the Rural Co-ordinator for two of the country’s top rural agents and as an Assistant to Top 5% agent James Bolton-Riley. Angela’s exemplary work was recognised at the 2020 REINZ Industry Awards when she was named in the Top 3 national finalists for PA of the Year, a huge achievement when measured against the whole industry. Inspired by her colleagues to further her rural real estate career and join the team at NZR, Angela has learnt from the best and has a particular strength for nurturing and developing genuine relationships with people. That knowledge of the industry now helps her guide her clients to make informed decisions to achieve the best outcomes. With two high achieving children Angela and her husband Carl are actively involved supporting them in their many sporting and community endeavours in Gisborne which has allowed her to build great relationships within the community.
