Anneke has nearly a decade of experience in the real estate industry, where she began her career in sales, making a significant impact on the Invercargill market with her outstanding marketing and auction campaigns. She built a team around her to maintain her high standards of service. Anneke’s driving force has always been her dedication to positively influence the perception of real estate: “I see myself as a marketer and negotiator who happens to specialize in real estate. I absolutely love what I do.”

Anneke’s vision extended beyond sales. As a business owner, she wanted to inspire the entire Ray White Invercargill team. She took the leap as Managing Director, and the business thrived. “I am all about empowering those around me in all aspects of life. If I can help grow each individual’s business and improve their mental and physical health, then that’s a win.” She believes the industry needs to develop people to create high-performance, positive cultures.

Anneke holds a Bachelor of Commerce, double majoring in Management and Marketing, from Otago University. She and her business partners, Duncan and Kelly Good, have big plans for the future of Wanaka Real Estate. Anneke is determined to recreate her success in Invercargill in one of New Zealand’s most desirable locations. While ambitious in her career, her greatest success is her family—husband Jason and their three children, Rio, Opi, and Zinzan. Together, they love staying active, embracing the outdoors, and pursuing property ventures, often a hot topic at the dining table. Add in some fitness, and Anneke is content.
