Asif listed our investment unit in Otahuhu and sold it successfully. There were few properties of similar style within a kilometer radius and the sale price for our unit was over $100,000 than the other properties sale price. Asif has very good knowledge of buyers taste and his advice to spend few dollars to paint the interior paid off. Our investment of $100 in paint definitely was the right one. His campaign was hindered by lockdown restrictions but his commitment to sell didn't subside. Very polite person and his advice to potential buyers was always right. Choose brick over plaster and own driveway over shared driveway avoids future dramas was his top advice and we rightly agree.
