Buying or selling a property is a very important time in a person’s life & I am honoured to be a part of this process. My role is to make the whole experience as easy as possible & support both the purchaser & the vendor to get the ultimate result. I feel the key to this job is to ask the right questions of the buyer so I can match them to their perfect home & listening to the vendor as they know their property better than anyone so that I can market their home to its full potential. I have lived in the Hauraki area most of my life & feel very passionately that this is the best place in the world to live. Because of this passion & the drive I have to succeed, I am part of the most successful residential sales team in our area. Being part of the Richardsons Real Estate family is also a massive benefit to my clients as the resources & support gained by being part of such a successful company is invaluable. When not working, I enjoy spending time with Russ, my very supportive husband, that can often be seen out helping me put up signs. We both enjoy working together on our own home & appreciate the effort it takes to make a house a home. We also enjoy travelling & spending time with our precious family. I have been in the industry for 8 years & my drive & passion has rewarded me with many accolades including being in the top 5 Salespeople 4 years running. And my proudest achievement to date is Salesperson of the Year 2021-2022. My business partner Todd and I have also taken out Top office awards in 4 out of the last 5 years, including 2 top office awards. These awards symbolize the hard work and dedication that I give to my clients and my career.
