Bill has been based in Auckland for the last 26 years involved in selling commercial, retail and industrial properties and recently large sites suited to future redevelopment.

He has been involved in all facets of the industry including management of a large sales and leasing team for eight years with sales in excess of $300 million a year.

Now focusing on sales, Bill has brokered property sales in excess of $750,000,000 during his career with the highest value property being the sale of an office complex for $52,000,000.
