After 8 years in the NZ Army, completing tours in Afghanistan & East Timor, he changed direction, completed his real estate qualifications, and joined Ray White in 2007. Through good old fashioned hard work consistently prospecting, networking and building relationships he quickly became a trusted and most respected household name. Specialising in residential, rural, lifestyle and new development, he definitely knows how to achieve the very best results from every opportunity for his clients.  

Being awarded the prestigious CEO cup at the Ray White National Awards in 2020 was an outstanding achievement and a career highlight for a man who works tirelessly for both clients and customers to ensure they refer, recommend and return when they need real estate. He acknowledges, understands and appreciates the full support of his network and is proud of every single member of his organisation who help make achievements like this possible. 

Understanding the importance of community, Big Red makes sure that Ray White is behind many local events and fund-raising initiatives. You will often find him behind the BBQ at the rugby, school fetes, fundraisers and charity events. 

With the little spare time he gets he enjoys spending time with his wife Sarah and their two children – Nathan & Angela. Watching the kids grow and achieve and helping shape them into polite, respectful and driven adults is extremely important to him. Other pastimes include golf, fishing, gardening, cooking with smoke and engineering.
