Before being appointed as Chief Operations Officer for Grenadier, Bryan had been employed for 15 years with the business in the roles of Finance Manager and General Manager. During his time with Grenadier, Bryan has worked closely with the Grenadier owners and managers in support of their businesses.

As Chief Operations Officer, Bryan continues to provide this support while helping to develop and guide the company in a strategic way.

Prior to joining Grenadier, Bryan had over 10 years’ experience in the hotel industry holding a number of senior management and finance roles.
