Cameron previously worked in the Valuation and Advisory Services team providing general consultancy, due diligence for acquisition, mortgage, financial reporting, rental reviews and insurance valuations for office, retail and industrial assets.
The skills developed from his past valuation experience have given Cameron an outstanding market knowledge across a wide variety of assets and clients enabling him to provide a high calibre of professional services for his clients’ property requirements.
Cameron has been involved in over $300 million in transactions, including three of the largest Christchurch office assets, the PwC Centre in 2017, Vodafone's South Island HQ in 2020 and 123 Victoria Street in 2021.
A consistent performer at CBRE’s New Zealand Achievement Awards, Cameron has received the company’s top accolades for excellence in investment sales in 2018 and 2019.
