Carmen has lived and worked in the Avenues for the past 12+ years and specialise in selling properties in the Tauranga Avenues/CBD. Carmen believes communication and marketing are key to the success of selling and achieving the best possible sales price for her clients.

Prior to starting in Real Estate in 2007, Carmen worked in senior marketing and communication roles which is also backed up with her degree in Communications Management & Marketing. After working with Bayleys Wellington for four years she moved to Tauranga in 2010 with her family.
