Initially there was a lot of work to complete in getting the house ready to sell after previous tenants had left it in a poor state. Charles organisational skills and efforts to ensure that all the different areas that required attention were excellent. We had some very tight deadlines, his attention to detail and chasing down loose ends meant the house was beautifully staged and ready on time.
Once the marketing started the process took longer than anticipated but with Xmas looming we were very impressed with the effort and focus Charles gave to working with every prospective buyer.
