Charlie has recently joined the Industrial Sales and leasing team after becoming a Registered Commercial Property Valuer, specialising in Industrial Assets within the wider Auckland region. Prior to gaining his Valuation Registration at JLL, Charlie graduated from Lincoln University with a Bachelor of Commerce, where he gained part-time work experience as a Data Analyst at Wallace Development Company and JLL (Christchurch Branch), Charlie then transitioned into a full time valuer role at JLL Auckland. From these roles, Charlie has had the opportunity to be involved with a wider range of property valuations including development, retail assets, special purpose properties and childcare centres. Having experience within a wider range of property sectors has been extremely beneficial, enabling Charlie to gain a wider understanding of the valuation process and the specific requirements that each sector encompass, which Charlie now looks to apply to his sales and leasing role. With professionalism, a will to learn and a strong work ethic, Charlie actively aims to provide his clients with an excellent service. Charlie is a personable and outgoing young man, with a great set of skills and attributes which enable him to work and play hard. In his time away from the office, Charlie enjoys getting involved in anything that is outdoors; be it at the beach, in the bush or up the mountain.
