About Chris Campbell

A “True 52 Year” Queenstown local, Chris Campbell knows the area like the back of his hand including the surrounding mountains which he has climbed, skied or flown down at one time or another. Chris believes that trust, honesty and integrity are the building blocks for all relationships, most especially in the real estate industry.

“I’ve mastered the art of these fundamentals since joining real estate in 1997 and have enjoyed a highly successful real estate career. My goal is to continue to build on these skills which help me deliver the best possible results. My strength in selling property is the uncompromising service I offer. Ask any buyer or seller, it’s about the best service and the best price, that’s ultimately what you want.” Chris specialises in the residential property market over all areas of the Wakatipu basin.

“During my 25 years of experience, I’ve seen the market’s highs and lows but have adapted my sales strengths during these times to deliver outstanding results to my clients and customers no matter what market conditions I’m faced with. I am renowned for solving people’s real estate problems.”

Chris has achieved associate status, AREINZ, through Massey University in Auckland, proof of his commitment to his clients and the industry. His natural enthusiasm has also made its mark in the community, literally! Chris spearheaded a safety campaign with the Rotary Club of Queenstown (when he was President) that has resulted in all Wakatipu primary school children wearing high-visibility safety vests to and from school - a campaign that continues today.

As well as a qualified property auctioneer for Bayleys, Chris also specialises in charity auction work where he has raised close to 1 million dollars for various local and international groups and organizations, including humanitarian aid to Fiji on many occasions.
