From a very young age Cian was surrounded by property development and management, which has resulted in an in-depth understanding of properties and people’s requirements when it comes to selling, investing or buying their first home. Having played several competitive sports including rugby for the best part of 18 years, Cian has a highly motivated and competitive nature, all essential attributes for success in the real estate industry. After graduating with an Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dublin Institute of Technology, Cian relocated to Sydney and soon after to Christchurch, which he now happily calls home. Cian’s previous work experience in property management and construction have given him a significant knowledge base and a client-centric attitude.
