With over 14 years of agency experience, Craig Smith, has built a remarkable career marked by his unwavering professionalism and a passion for exceeding client expectations. Craig is joining the well established Bayleys NorthWest team as a Director focusing on Industrial & Land opportunities.

Craig's journey in real estate began in 2004 and since then he has consistently demonstrated his knack for closing deals that leave a lasting impact. His enthusiasm for identifying opportunities, marketing properties effectively and skilfully negotiating successful outcomes for his clients results in consistently delivering better than expected outcomes.

Craig's achievements speak for themselves. He has risen through the ranks from broker to associate director to director, and regularly acknowledged with various salesperson accolades. Notably, he's been involved in some of the largest West Auckland transactions, including deals worth $51 million, $60 million and $68 million in the last 18 months.

Outside of work, Craig enjoys spending time with his wife and two young kids, Mollie and Tommy. He's a keen golfer and avid rugby supporter and prioritises physical fitness and mental focus as essential for success.

What excites Craig the most about property is working with a diverse group of stakeholders and helping them to achieve their property goals. His specialty lies in industrial developments (off-the-plan sales), large-scale residential development sales and investment sales in areas like Westgate, Hobsonville, Henderson and Avondale Industrial.
