Daemon van Riele - licensed real estate salesperson with Ray White Manurewa, personifies the new breed of career real estate professional. Incredibly passionate about the community he has lived in virtually all his life, Daemon has a great connection to his neighbourhood and has been selling real estate in and around Manurewa since early 2020. 

Daemon’s passion for and affinity to land and property began early when his family moved to live on a lifestyle block in Ramarama. As a youngster growing up in the great outdoors with the culturally diverse, colourful and dynamic South Auckland communities on his doorstep Daemon is comfortable and familiar with this flourishing and go-ahead region. Initially studying in the sports science arena, Daemon switched to real estate in 2019. Attracted by the variety and harnessing his love of helping people and being of service, Daemon quickly adapted and sold properties under another real estate brand before moving to Ray White Manurewa in 2021. 

Daemon loves the high-energy adrenaline rush that goes along with a demanding real estate business. It requires energy, which Daemon thrives on and as a gregarious people-person, he is sociable, hard-working and focussed. Daemon is well-educated and has a depth of understanding around the future direction of marketing and social media strategies which sets him apart from other agents. He’s doggedly determined, playing the long game when negotiations call for it.
