Hello, I’m David Huang - Welcome to Lodge Real Estate.

Born and raised in Taiwan, my wife Joanne, two sons Daniel and Antonio and daughter Ruby and have lived in New Zealand since 1990. I spent 12 years in Autoparts sales before joining Lodge in 1996. I am an influential Asian Leader being head of the TZUCHI Foundation devoted volunteers and am involved in local community organisations such as IHC, Hilda Ross Rest Home and St Johns Rest Home.

I wanted to bring a fresh and uplifting perspective to Real Estate and immediately benefitted from this approach. To complement this perspective, I offer proactive marketing strategies that will assist you in achieving the top results. My other Real Estate expertise extends to special project marketing of developments.
