Based in the Waikato, David is a rural real estate specialist. Prior to joining the real estate industry 4 years ago, David’s working career was completely focused on agriculture. He started working as a farm consultant in 2000, specializing in dairy cow nutrition and over the following 5 years he moved his focus to farm financial analysis. David ran his own farming business, rearing up to 3,000 calves per year and finishing beef cattle and running dairy heifers on a share farming basis. From 2010, he began working for corporate agricultural interests, overseeing large scale dairy farming businesses and managing large numbers of staff. David has spent time in both management and governance roles for both businesses and his local school.
