David Sharratt has an extensive background and outstanding career in key account management and sales consultancy primarily in the FMCG and real estate industries.  A graduate of AUT with a Business Management Diploma, David’s past work life is evidence of a man with the capacity to listen to his clients and understand their needs.  This skill has been invaluable in his many years as a real estate sales and marketing specialist. After more than 13 years marketing and selling homes in the Te Atatu and Mt Albert areas of Auckland, David and his partner moved to Tauranga in early 2018.  He joins John Pasley & Associates as a senior member of the team, where he will be valued for his experience, empathy and solid grasp of the real estate negotiation and sales process.
