Originally from the UK, Dean is an experienced member of the Harcourts Pukekohe family and has experienced a rapid rise of success in the local Franklin market. With outstanding results and almost 50 homes sold in the last 24 months, Dean has continued to win awards and accolades for his sales results both in real estate and his previous industry experiences. Serving the wider Franklin market, Dean has extensive knowledge of the local market. A passionate skier and snowboarder, the Southern Alps initially drew Dean to New Zealand and he now proudly calls Pukekohe home with his beautiful family, Amber, a teacher at Bombay school, and William, their 9-month-old son, along with Rocket and Jasper. Dean prides himself on delivering an outstanding customer experience, honest advice and a people-first approach that has regularly created life-changing results for his clients. Previously a national sales manager in the telecommunications industry and developing four successful start-ups along with roles in the power, fitness, and digital marketing industry, Dean is able to call on all of his sales, marketing and online marketing experiences to guarantee the best outcomes. When not doing real estate, you will often find him in the community as an avid member of Pukekohe AFC, spending time with his family, or taking Rocket to one of Franklin's beautiful West Coast beaches. With a passion for sports and adventure travel, Dean was also a founding trustee of the charity "Start Sport New Zealand", which helped fund extra sports programs into schools for an extra 1400 children, one of the main highlights of his time in New Zealand, but also completing all of the great walks (tramping), with the Northern Circuit (Tongariro) in winter a personal favourite.
