Deborah was born in Queenstown and arrived back here 28 years ago from working overseas.

Her career has been focused on the hair and makeup industry.

Deborah opened Collective Hair and Makeup Professionals on Beach Street and managed this high-profile business for 23 years.

During these years she always had a passion for running charity events to help our community. These events have enhanced her abilities to deliver strong sales results and work under pressure.

Having produced many events over the past 17 years with the help of Grant, her husband, she realised that they worked very successfully together and their combined strengths helped them achieve excellent results.

In May, Deborah produced a charity fashion show event for the Ronald McDonald South Island Trust and raised $35,000.

Deborah believes that the skills that she has gathered over her career will help their sales team to deliver the most professional and rewarding results for their valued vendors.
