Where did your interest in Real Estate begin?
My father is a builder and property developer, he brought run down villas and bungalows in Auckland Central – Grey Lynn, Ponsonby and Kingsland when nobody wanted these old houses he told me that I should try real estate back in 1998. When I left school, I was self-employed and running a family retail business, I worked hard and saved to purchase my first rental property, from this I learnt that “Real estate is all about timing”.
How would you describe your services?
Residential sales specialist in Central Auckland, having grown up in Ponsonby, Westmere, and Grey Lynn where I live, I consider myself a LOCAL EXPERT. I enjoy working alongside homeowners to implement a marketing strategy to achieve a premium price in the shortest timeframe. Also assisting buyers to find their ‘first home’, ‘dream home’, or ‘rental property’.
What do you offer?

I work alongside my business partner Steven Glucina, we are an award winning sales team, being recognized as No. 5 in sales in the LJ Hooker/Harveys Group out of almost 700 agents in the 84 offices in New Zealand – 2013. We have two prominent offices on Ponsonby Rd (by the Franklin Rd Xmas lights) and Sandringham Rd (by Eden Park) where your property can be displayed 24 hours a day.

I listen to my client’s needs and find solutions to get them onto the next stage of their lives. I can also advise on property presentation, enhancing flow and layout, having a fresh set of eyes to show the property at its best and advise vendors what buyers want in a home!

What are your career highlights?
Happy clients who are wrapped with the results I deliver. Best of all are clients that refer my real estate services to their friends and family which I consider a privilege. There are many career highlights, once we achieved a record price for a Grey Lynn 1900’s do-up villa when it rained outside it rained inside due to a rotten roof, the buyers well aware still bought it (this featured in the NZ Herald June 2012 selling for $1,455,000). I have also met some wonderful clients in real estate that are clients for life!
