Having lived and worked in the Franklin District for over 20 years, Denis is now embarking on a career in real estate. Denis has lived in Pukekohe with his wife Joan since 1991 and he joins the Professionals after 30 years in the disability sector, 26 of those with IDEA Services LTD.  In that time Denis, an accountant by profession, had a variety of senior financial and management roles including Northern Regional Accountant and Area Manager Counties.  He then became Chief Financial Officer for Goodwood Park Trust, a West Auckland based company providing for people with Traumatic Brain Injury.

Denis served on the St Joseph’s Pukekohe Primary School Board for 17 years, six as treasurer and eight as Chairman.  He also coached boys soccer at the Pukekohe Club for a number of years and in 2007 his Pukekohe Under-14 team won the Auckland 1st division championship.
