About Doug Pope
With a background in the building industry Doug always saw the real estate industry as a natural progression. Doug commenced real estate in 1997, specialising in marketing condominium developments. He returned to residential real estate in 2004 and along with his wife, Yoshiko Isshiki, became a business owner of Harcourts Mt Eden.
In 2005 Doug completed his real estate papers and was awarded Associate Status (AREINZ) from the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand qualifying him as Principal Officer of the company. With the advent of the Real Estate Agents Act 2008 Doug’s designation is that of a ‘Licensed Agent’ under the Act. In 2011 Yoshiko and Doug returned to full time selling with Harcourts.
