Dylan was first introduced to Commercial Real Estate with Prestige Real Estate in 2004, focusing mainly on the growth of the North Shore and wider Auckland. Specializing in Green Field Developments (RMA), Dylan earned Rookie of the Year in his first year of real estate. He accomplished some exceptional land sales like the Silverdale South Entertainment & Recreation zone, was key in selling the majority of large parcels in “Silverdale North Future urban land” in Long Bay, Albany City, Silverdale Industrial Estate, Silverdale Knowledge Economy and Central Takapuna. Dylan worked on the Sentinel apartment complex in Takapuna and the Nautilus apartment complex in Orewa along with many other industrial, commercial sales and leasing, residential and future urban across Auckland.
