About Erin Skelton

Erin recognises the important emotional aspect of the property. A home is more than just a physical object – it is a place where memories are made and reflects the people who live in it. This is why strong relationships form the foundation of her approach and her clients are always her focus from the first meeting to handing over the keys and beyond. Erin makes it a priority to be available to her clients whenever they need her and is always willing to answer questions, be a sounding board or come up with an innovative solution when required. This means that Erin’s clients experience a seamless, relaxed and enjoyable real estate experience - just the way it should be!

Erin’s previous careers before real estate also make a huge difference to her client's real estate transactions. Erin was an office manager working closely with the business owners to assist them with the operation of their businesses including, but not limited to, HR, marketing, business growth and organising events.  She also worked in two chartered accountancy offices assisting clients with the GST and end-of-financial year accounts. The result is that Erin is profoundly organised, professional and understands the importance of deadlines and knows the ins and outs of how to run a successful business including marketing.

Erin’s many years in the real estate industry make a real difference to the results her clients achieve as she understands the various phases of the market and the best way to maximise opportunities for her vendors in each.  Erin also knows the power of collaboration. In her toolbox, she has a number of trusted professionals who, like herself, go above and beyond. This means her clients benefit from a wide pool of expertise when they engage Erin to sell their homes.

Erin prides herself on always having her finger on the pulse and this, plus thinking outside of the box, always keeps Erin and her clients ahead of the pack.  The real estate market is forever changing and Erin believes that it’s important to be prepared for changes and move with them, not against them. Adaptability and innovation are her mantras.

Erin lives in Waiuku, has previously lived in Awhitu, and has worked for many years in Pukekohe so a strong personal connection with these areas. Her target areas expand to the Franklin district with Pukekohe being her office base.  She loves being able to share local information on the real estate market and highlights of the region to those moving into the area.

Outside of work Erin can be found attending classes at Yoga Lane Studios in Waiuku, fishing and spending time with family. She loves to support local charities where possible. In the past, this has included a Junior  Fusion Netball team, Waiuku Business Development Association, Franklin Young Mariners and Awhitu District School.

Erin counts her biggest personal achievement as believing in herself and loves to help others to do the same and succeed in real estate.
