Real estate has been a lifelong passion of mine, be it buying, selling or investing and I love being able to help people achieve their property goals. I deal into real estate but my business is about people – my clients, customers and communities. I believe in co-creating a sale and purchase experience. The outcome is unique with an advantage that is difficult to imitate, as people don’t buy houses, they buy dreams, stability for their loved ones, financial freedom for their retirement, etc. With a background of Bachelor and Master’s in Business specialising in Marketing & Operations I have more than a decade of experience in leadership, business development, sales and customer service. A successful career in the corporate allowed me to travel the world where I met and connected with people from six different continents and over 65 different countries and it helps me get along very well with diverse and multi-cultural people of Aotearoa. Sales, Negotiation, Marketing & Communication are skills I am expert at and I’m proud to say I have won a number of industry awards not just in New Zealand but worldwide most recent being Gold Award for the Best Sales Professional at APEC and World Level. When I’m not working I like to spend quality time with friends & family. I play tennis, cricket & chess and loves to travel, I enjoy sea-diving as it allows me to explore the beauty of underwater world. I also spend my time with some Fashion & Professional Photography. My personal philosophy is “Genius is 1% talent and 99% hard work”. This is always at the back of my mind when I’m working towards the best outcome for my clients.
