About Gemma Aitken
Licensed Sales Consultant with Alison Aitken Top Team Consultant for Harcourts Grenadier City 2021-2022 I first started working as a Personal Assistant then as a Buyers Consultant for Alison Aitken. During this period I learnt the tools of the trade plus the required professional effort and energy to be a good agent. In 2011 I decided to extend my real estate knowledge and commenced my Valuation degree. In 2014, I graduated with a BCom – Valuation & Property Management from Lincoln University - working full-time as a graduate then as a Registered Public Valuer for a prominent local firm Ford Baker. It was the interaction with people that brought me back to real estate. I believe the degree offers an edge as I combine the “on the floor” view of the market with statistical and academic property knowledge combining to provide sound, well researched, factual and well-informed advice to all my clients. That said, I would be delighted to help you achieve any or all of your real estate goals.
