- George Horsfall
George brings his entrepreneurial spirit and an action-packed five years of professional and personal real estate success. He holds an Individual Full Real Estate Agent License (2020). With a fast-tracked career in real estate, George has moved quickly through the ranks, completing his Full Real Estate Salesperson Certificate (2016) and Agent Qualification (2020). In his second year, George sold 37 residential properties and achieved the highest Gisborne sale negotiated by a residential agent on the day.
Prior to entering real estate, George attended both Otago University and University of Auckland (Hons), where he embarked on a Bachelor of Science majoring in Engineering. His studies led to a stint in the construction industry, where he held internships with Eastland Port, Eastland Network and Tairāwhiti Construction. However, it was realised that real estate was Georges true calling. An opportunity of a lifetime saw George undertake work experience at “The Agency” in Venice Beach and Malibu, USA, where he learned from and was inspired by some of the best agents in California.
George’s success surpasses his professional career. He purchased his first property at age 22 in Okitu, Wainui beach and has since expanded his property portfolio within Gisborne. In 2018, George fell in Love at First Sight with the two-story property at number 3 Salisbury Road. With idyllic views of Young Nicks Head, the vision began, and George felt it was the perfect location to open the office doors of his own real estate business.
When George isn’t making dreams come true for his clients, you will find him kicking back at the Makorori family Bach. George is often seen running errands with his fur companion Whisky; a Jack Russell/Fox Terrier adopted from the local SPCA by one of George’s three sisters, Amy-Kelly.
