Gert is the Senior Facilities Manager for Bay of Plenty, Waikato and Taranaki and is based in our Bayleys Hamilton office.

Originally from South Africa, Gert settled in the mighty Waikato Hamilton region with his wife Natalie  and 2 children Gabriella and Declan.

The depth of Gert’s work experience covers key sectors such as Commercial Facilities Management, Hospitality, Industrial, Manufacturing & health & safety contracts pertaining to all building related maintenance services.

With over 14 years’ experience managing facility systems and upkeep to ensure safe working environments, and committed to providing exceptional long term strategic facilities management, Gert Maritz, is taking the Waikato region under his wing.
