Involved in over 700 property transactions totalling over $120 million worth of real estate sales, Grant always acts in a professional manner with integrity and ethics and has enjoyed numerous repeat contacts assisting his many past clients to achieve their goals.
Selling real estate in the Napier residential market for over 20 years has built Grant a reputation amongst his colleagues and peers as a loyal and hard working professional with a passion for the industry and a drive to achieve positive outcomes.

Attending many seminars and conferences on real estate matters – Grant continues to keep up with the latest innovations and technology - all with a view to further enhancing his performance and allowing him to give the highest level of service to his many clients.

Grant has built up many professional relationships with solicitors, valuers, building inspectors, mobile mortgage managers, builders and developers, financial planners and many others over the years.
Taking on the new challenge of Sales/Branch Manager of the Taradale office is a natural progression in Grant’s career. This challenging position has enabled him to pass on his skills and experience to the Property Brokers' team, whilst helping them to drive the company forward, all whilst utilizing his qualifications and assisting the team to further build on their personal development, skills and teamwork.
Long associated with the Lions movement, Grant has previously taken on the role of President of The Lions Club of Taradale/Scinde Napier. He gets a lot of pleasure out of organising fundraising events for various charities and enjoys assisting those ‘in need’ in his area still including the Relay for Life fundraiser for HB Cancer Society with our Property Brokers Charity Auction which this year raised $33,515.
Grant Hadfield has lived in Napier for over 45 years. He is married to Amanda and they have three daughters - Rebecca 33 years old, Natasha who is 32 and Briar who is 18 and Grant enjoys spending family time with them whenever possible.

His many interests include art (he has recently started working with pastels), music - in particular guitar, sports -Grant played soccer for many years and has started cycling for fitness and health.

Grant invites all of his past contacts to call him for advice or assistance and thanks them all for choosing to work with him in the past as without them he wouldn't be where he is today.

The team at Property Brokers has made Grant feel very much at home already so this transition in roles for Grant has been fantastic and he thanks them all for their support.
