Grant Young has more than 27 years experience in the Wellington commercial and industrial property market and is one of a small group of top performing agents who are also Bayleys Capital Commercial shareholders.

Grant has a Bachelor of Property Administration and joined Bayleys Wellington in 1993 after three years as a registered valuer and research analyst. He specialises in investment and development sales in the Wellington CBD core and city fringe and in the Hutt Valley. He is a member of the Bayley's $600million club.

Grant has good experience in selling earthquake prone properties. He also is a Bayleys Super Giver for personally contributing over $1,000 to Make A Wish NZ.
