After 40 years experience both as part of the Government valuation team and by selling property throughout the Gisborne/East Coast/Eastern Bay of Plenty/ region, I have a wide knowledge of the whole area and a deep understanding of what drives our property market.
As a long-term beach dweller, broken down old surfer and third division Lotto winner (twice), I am passionate about coastal (and the East Coast) lifestyle and I convey those feelings when dealing with buyers.
