About Ian Falconer
I work alongside my wife and as a team we have you covered every step of the way .. be you selling or buying a property. Originally I was a qualified Chef, and then moved into retail and have had many years experience as a Supermarket Manger this has helped me develop great negotiation and people skills. Giving back to the community is something that Cathy and I are passionate about, and we volunteer regularly, every year we are heavily involved with co-ordinating volunteers for the Pink Ribbon Appeal in October We have been married for 29 years and have 2 fantastic children. I enjoy spending time with family, getting out on the golf course, biking and generally supporting and watching pretty much any sport. These life skills are an asset to me and definitely help me in being a successful Real Estate Agent.

Testimonials
Dear Ian, I would like to sincerely thank you for the incredible result you achieved in selling my brothers home. You managed to sell the property within our expected pricing and also within a very short timeframe indeed. I believe that your commitment and dedication to both myself and Brenda as clients has been unsurpassed. Your focus on the end result was beyond question and your detailed reporting back to us during the selling period was also very much appreciated I would have no hesitation in recommending yourself to others who value professionalism, honesty and integrity. Thank you Kind regards Murray ..Ian sold our house for us recently and made the whole experience easy and as stress free as possible for us. His enthusiasm for his job is unquestionable, and positive yet realistic attitude to gaining a sale is a great asset for any would be vendor. Thank you Ian. Gav and Jen -
