Jacob Heatley-Adams
About Jacob Heatley-Adams

Jacob has worked for over 16 years in UK real estate. He brings an impressive level of experience following the creation and building of two of the most successful offices in the Southwest of England, for a market-leading agent, Hunter French.

Buyers and sellers on Waiheke can have ultimate confidence in Jacob's proven track record of delivering exceptional outcomes, whilst ensuring each client feels comfortable and at ease with the process of buying and selling.

One of Jacob's key strengths is his ability to genuinely connect with people, thoroughly understanding expectations, whilst offering concise expert advice, without waffle.

He quotes himself as “not your typical real estate agent” attributing this to his varied life experience, BBC journalist parents and sailing the world as a skipper and first mate, in his 20s. Jacob’s personal, professional and bespoke approach has gained the respect of British media, being the “go-to” agent for the national press when reporting on the market. His international real estate experience helps him to accurately predict and adjust to micro and macroeconomic conditions. Hence, his clients are always in the best position to maximise their property transactions.

Outside of work, Jacob can be found helping the local sea scouts and the Waiheke High School sailing group. He’s a keen sailor and surfer and can often be seen catching a few waves whenever possible.  A father of two with kiwi partner Emma, Jacob’s home life is busy and as a family they love nothing more than experiencing new places together, snorkelling the island coastline or playing board games with the kids.

An island local through and through, Jacob will ensure his client's journey is stress-free with the knowledge they are in the hands of industry-leading expertise.
