About James Ju
As a self disciplined real estate salesperson, James has the motivation and initiative to do even the hardest parts of his job with enthusiasm and gusto. He believes his cheerful and professional demeanor makes it easier for clients to both trust in him and feel at ease when making some of the biggest decisions of their life. After leaving school, James obtained a Bachelor of Economics and worked as was an assistant economist for the real estate industry. James joined Barfoot & Thompson in 2002; a company who he says values enthusiasm as much as experience. James believes that communication skills are vital to the success of his business. Listening to the needs and expectations of his clients sets the foundation for a great relationship. James wants to be your real estate professional for life. These communication skills also make it easier to match a customer with a property because he understands their interests and needs better. His passion is bringing together like minded people in the sale and purchase of property. He specialises in residential property for both owner occupied and investment dwellings and is committed to providing ethical and professional real estate services to his clients. He chooses to sell houses in an area he likes and lives in believing he will have higher success if he is passionate about what he is selling. With 17 years of experience, James has accumulated exceptional local knowledge of property values, rents, trends, and future shifts in market conditions. For James, the best part of working in real estate is the freedom and diversity it offers, along with the reward of seeing a happy customer at the end of the day. James continues to improve his knowledge and interest in the industry he is passionate about. In 2007 he obtained Associate status of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand and served 2 years as a co-opted member of the investigation subcommittee of REINZ.
