He specialises in residential property for both owner occupied and investment dwellings and is committed to providing ethical and professional real estate services to his clients. He chooses to sell houses in an area he likes and lives in believing he will have higher success if he is passionate about what he is selling. With 17 years of experience, James has accumulated exceptional local knowledge of property values, rents, trends, and future shifts in market conditions.
