James has worked within New Zealand banks for 15 years. Over that time he was able to work across a number of sectors and segments including Property Finance, Restructuring & Insolvency, Business, Commercial and Corporate banking.

Through this experience James grew an interest, passion & understanding of particular industries such as education, particularly early childhood, the broader Food & Beverage sector and any revenue model where contracted and recurring income exists.

James believes in challenging the status quo, surrounding oneself with great people and being compassionate and helping others.

Outside of work James is a sports enthusiast, particularly loving a punt on the horses, playing golf and watching plenty of rugby and cricket.
