Prior to this he had 23 years in the building industry with having owned and successfully run his own building company for 12 of those years. James’ history and experience with building has been a huge asset in his career as a real estate agent. James is married to Paula, and they have two teenage children who attend the local high schools. James has a love for the outdoors and enjoys getting out on the Waitaki lakes as much as possible.
