I have a history in banking of over a decade, where I worked in most areas of the business from front counter, to lending, mortgage registrations, business and rural services, all with the priority was on quality customer service. I have been involved in Real Estate since 1998, starting out as a Personal Assistant to Franklin. In 2010 I returned to full time office administration, based in the Richmond office of Harcourts, before being seconded into the Accounts department, where my knowledge base extended to Accounts Payable, and Receivable, along with Trust Account compliance and AML compliance with the capturing of our industry under the act. To enhance my support of the team, I completed my Real Estate Salesperson License in May 2018 and am now undertaking the next steps toward my Professional Qualifications.
