As a Bream Bay resident since the late 80’s and part of this office for the past 17+ years you could say I am definitely a fixture, not a chattel. My initial occupation as a horse woman in racing involved in part the sales preparation and selling of thoroughbreds. Horses or houses, it all comes back to the same factors – presentation and price. Having again completed the NZQA National Certificate Real Estate (Salesperson) (Level 4) and the next level (Branch Manager) (Level 5), I have now completed my National Diploma in Real Estate (Agent).
