Jeff has lived in North Canterbury since 2001 and started his Real Estate career with Harcourts Rangiora in 2012 and has been successfully specialising in Lifestyle and Residential properties in the Waimakariri and Hurunui areas. From a farming family background, Jeff was originally attracted to North Canterbury by the opportunities the dairy industry presented at the time. He understands the challenges of operating a large dairy unit and, the impacts and issues involved. In time a change in direction saw Jeff reapplying his skills as a fully qualified mechanic and the irrigation industry was chosen as an interesting stepping stone to gaining another skill-set and gather more knowledge about the Canterbury area and its people. Jeff’s purchase and long-term ownership of a Lifestyle property was next on the experience list and gave him an excellent overview of what’s involved in all aspects of buying, selling, and owning one of these special properties, and led him to join the Real Estate industry.
